Every ICONIQ home comes with a comprehensive builder warranty: 10 years on major structural components (foundation, load-bearing walls, roof structure), 2 years on mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and 1 year on workmanship and materials (paint, drywall, flooring, fixtures). Included appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Submit a warranty request by calling (936) 220-5414 or emailing warranty@iconiqhomestx.com with a description of the issue and photos when possible. Our warranty team reviews the request, schedules an inspection if needed, and approved repairs are typically completed within 5–10 business days through our trusted service teams.
